I never have too many cats at any given time, but I guess I can be considered a cat lady. This figure evolved out of my several year long indulgence into Egyptian mythology, and I thought the wilder Sekhmet aspect of a cat goddess would best hold my most significant black cat. A calmer version, Bastet, more like a domestic pet, sits at her feet.
